Applications Now Open: PhD Doctoral Program at University Medical Center (UMC) for Academic Year 2026-2027

Dear Applicants,

University Medical Center (UMC) is pleased to announce that preliminary selection has started for admission to the PhD doctoral program in Medicine (8D10102) for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Application Period: February 3 – April 8, 2026

Application Requirements:

Applicants must complete the following steps:

1. Register at https://umc.org.kz/doktornatura/admissions/ and create a personal account
2. Complete the online application form and upload scanned copies of all required documents as listed in the personal account
3. Pay the application fee.

 Important: A complete list of requirements and required documents is available in the “Admissions” section. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Selection Timeline:

The Admissions Committee will convene between April 8 -15, 2026. Decisions regarding advancement to the second stage of the admissions process will be posted on the UMC website on the day following the committee meeting.

Appeals are not permitted for preliminary selection results.

 Eligibility Requirements:
