PhD in Medicine

About Program

The program is delivered in a full-time with a duration of three years. Doctoral students actively participate in the research activities of UMC and conduct original research in priority areas of medicine and healthcare under the supervision of qualified faculty members. Each doctoral student is assigned a primary supervisor, with co-supervision provided when appropriate.

In addition to dissertation research, doctoral students receive structured training in key research competencies, including research design, data analysis, scientific writing, grant preparation, research ethics, and the presentation of research results. The program encourages publication in peer-reviewed journals and participation in national and international scientific conferences.
