About the Patient Hotel
The Patient Hotel is a unique facility provided by the Public Fund “Heart Center Foundation,” specifically designed for patient companions and those preparing for hospitalization or recovering from surgery. We created this space to make this challenging period in a person’s life as comfortable and supportive as possible.
Advantages of our Patient Hotel:
1. Convenient Location: We are located in close proximity to hospitals and medical centers.
2. Adapted Infrastructure: Our premises are fully adapted for those preparing for hospitalization.
3. Friendly Staff: Our team is trained to provide caring and understanding support to our guests during difficult times and assist with everyday needs.
4. Social Atmosphere: We have created a pleasant and supportive environment where guests can interact, share their experiences, and find support from one another.
5. Private Rooms and Shared Areas: We offer single, double, and quadruple rooms, eight-person accommodations, as well as cozy common areas for relaxation and socializing.
6. Kitchen and Meals: We provide a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals.

What are the main rules at the Patient Hotel?
Rules to follow at HCF Hostel:
– Every guest must present a passport upon check-in.
– Smoking and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Quiet hours must be observed at night.
– Your guests can visit you only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
– Respect personal space and maintain cleanliness and order.
– Children (from 3 years old) can stay only with a separate bed reservation.
– Reservations can only be made by request through the website and the WhatsApp manager at +87715019068.
– Group bookings are subject to the same rates, cancellation, and payment policies.
What are the earliest and latest check-in times?
Without an additional fee for early check-in, you can arrive starting at 10:00 AM, leave your belongings, or wait in the common areas until your room is ready. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, which means you can enter your room at 2:00 PM or earlier if it is already available.
How is payment handled, and what are the cancellation conditions?
You send a request to the manager, attaching the hospital referral from one of the UMC clinics: the National Research Cardiac Surgery Center or the Mother and Child Center.
Cancellation is allowed up to one day before check-in without a penalty. If you cancel within less than one day before check-in, the cost of the first night will be charged.
Can I stay with children?
Yes, provided that a separate bed is reserved for children (from 3 years old), and they are accompanied by parents or guardians. If a child is traveling without them, a notarized power of attorney for the accompanying person is required.
Do you have free parking?
We do not have a separate parking lot; you can park your car along the street next to the National Neurosurgery Center.

How are refunds processed in case of check-in refusal?
3.5. Cases of unilateral refusal by the Parties to execute the contract
3.5.1. The Customer has the right to unilaterally cancel the confirmed booking. The cancellation must be made in writing.
3.5.2. If the Customer cancels the services more than 10 days before the check-in date, there are no penalties.
3.5.3. If the Customer cancels the booking less than 3 days before the check-in date, they will be charged the following penalty:
– Cancellation 3 days or less before the check-in date: a penalty of 25% of the service cost.
– Cancellation 1 day or less before the check-in date: a penalty of 50% of the service cost.
3.5.4. If the Customer cancels confirmed services during the stay, the amount paid is non-refundable. A delay of more than 12 hours from the check-in time without prior notice of the delay is considered a refusal of services.
3.5.5. The Patient Hotel reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to confirm a booking and provide services. Such a refusal must be sent by the Patient Hotel to the Customer no later than the time specified in the contract for confirming the booking.
Is it allowed to stay with pets?
Unfortunately, we do not accept guests with pets.
