Previous Level of Education Required for Admission

According to the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 268 dated June 8, 2022:

To apply for a PhD program in the field 8D10 “Healthcare”, applicants must have:

• a master’s degree in the corresponding field 7M10 “Healthcare”, and
• successfully completed a residency program.

The duration of the PhD program is 3 years.

Accreditation of Educational Activities

In December 2023, UMC successfully underwent institutional accreditation by an independent education quality assurance agency. The accreditation committee highlighted the strong material and technical infrastructure and the high professional level of the faculty.
