Graduated from the 2nd Moscow State Medical Institute named after N.I.Pirogov, completed clinical residency at The National Center for Cardiology and Therapy under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Received a degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery in Moscow, later awarded the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
