The UMC Board of Trustees has approved a new UMC Strategic Plan for 2024-2028.
The UMC Strategic Plan for 2024-2028 is a logical continuation of the UMC Strategic Plan for 2019-2023 (the Plan for the Transformation of UMC into an Academic Medical Center).
The further development strategy is built on the foundation laid by the UMC Transformation Plan and aims to continue the activities for the development of UMC as part of the integrated academic healthcare system of Nazarbayev University, NU Medicine.
Based on the mission, vision and values, UMC aims to achieve outstanding results in medical care, education and research and build an integrated Academic medical center.
