Analysis results On September 20-23 specialists from UMC and the Heart Center took active part at the 79th Korean Congress of Radiology. The slogan of the Congress this year was chosen “Exploring Beyond the Horizon” encouraging its participants to new discoveries. The event brought together more than 3,000 specialists, including well-known experts in the field of radiology, who shared their ideas, experience and latest achievements.
During the Congress, Almas Bimakhan, a radiologist at the Heart Center, presented a poster presentation on the advantages of CT angiocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart defects. Anarbek Temirbekov, UMC radiologist, shared his experience of using MSCT colonoscopy in colon pathology.
Also, from September 17 to 19, radiologist Almas Bimakhan took part in the Youth Club program organized by the Asia-Oceanic School of Radiologists (AOSOR). This academic program, aimed at training future leaders of the Society of Radiologists, has become a platform for training, skills development and exchange of experience between young specialists.
