Analysis results The press service of the “University Medical Center” Corporate Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) drew attention to some reports and publications in the media mentioning the Fund regarding corrupt actions in the “National Children’s Rehabilitation Center” NJSC (hereinafter referred to as the NCRC) and its employees.
According to the Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 24, 2022 No. 25 On the establishment of the non-profit joint-stock company “National Children’s Rehabilitation Center” and the Road Map, on the transfer of 100% of state blocks of shares, we inform you that from December 1, 2022 “NCRC” NJSC is not a subsidiary of “Nazarbayev University” AEO and subordinate organization of “UMC” CF.
The Fund makes every effort to prevent corruption and other illegal actions to obtain or preserve unjustified benefits and advantages, both from interested parties and from officials and employees of the Fund.
In connection with the above, we ask representatives of the mass media to draw attention to the fact that since December 1, 2022, the mention of the NCRC as a part of the Fund is incorrect.
