“The Department has been functioning since 2010 in the mode of 30 beds.
The Department of Oncology-1 provides specialized medical care to children under 18 years of age suffering from diseases of the hematopoietic system, as well as the detection of primary acute leukemia, hemoblastosis and pathology of blood clotting, hemorrhagic diseases.
During the year, about 400 children with various blood diseases pass through the Oncology Department. The Department closely cooperates with the research and production of Nur-Sultan Transfusiology center, as well as with the Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery in Almaty.”
