UMC has launched a hotline on issues of pediatric oncology and hematology. This innovation is aimed at improving patient support and delivering effective care for children with oncological diseases.

The hotline is available by phone number +7 (775) 007 84 91 on weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Citizens can use this number to request information on the availability and quality of pediatric oncological and hematological care, as well as to report cases of refusal in treatment and support. Each request will be carefully reviewed in order to improve the quality of medical care provided.

Please note that it is not possible to get medical advice by phone to verify the diagnosis or get prescription of the therapy.
